All Brooke Heath pieces are thoughtfully handcrafted and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.

As a slow fashion label, our pieces are made to order in limited quantities. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production and dispatch unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Brooke Heath is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, lost parcels, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Approved returns must be unworn and returned in original packaging.
