Returns & Warranty

Brooke Heath jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty, valid from the date of purchase.

Each piece is handmade to the highest standard. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace your jewellery free of charge within the warranty period.

Exclusions

Complimentary repairs do not cover:

• Natural wear and tear

• Damage caused by carelessness or neglect

• Not following the care instructions provided

Should your jewellery be damaged through wear (for example, during exercise or other activities), we are pleased to provide a repair quote.

Returns & Refunds

As each piece is handcrafted and often made to order, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
