Processing Time

• Many of our designs are made to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production, plus delivery time.

• Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• All orders are sent via express, tracked delivery.

• A signature may be required on delivery for your security.

• Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over [insert amount], otherwise a flat rate of [insert amount] applies.

International Enquiries

We currently do not ship internationally. However, if you are outside Australia and interested in a Brooke Heath piece, please reach out — in some cases, a private arrangement can be made.

Insurance & Responsibility

• All parcels are tracked and insured until they arrive with you.

• Once signed for, responsibility for the piece passes to the customer.
