Shipping policy

Domestic shipping

All Australian orders are sent via express, tracked delivery. Once your piece has been completed and dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping is complimentary on Australian orders over $250. For orders under $250, a flat rate of $12 applies.

A signature may be required on delivery for security. All parcels are tracked and insured while in transit.

International enquiries

We do not currently offer standard international shipping at checkout. If you are based outside Australia and interested in a Brooke Heath piece, please contact us before placing an order so we can discuss whether international delivery can be arranged.

Insurance and delivery responsibility

All parcels are tracked and insured until delivered. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the delivery provider.

Once a parcel has been delivered or signed for, responsibility for the piece passes to the customer.
