Welcome to Brooke Heath. By accessing this website or purchasing from Brooke Heath, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Product Information
Each Brooke Heath piece is handcrafted and may feature natural materials including freshwater and South Sea pearls. Due to the organic nature of these materials, slight variations in shape, size, colour, and surface characteristics are to be expected and form part of the uniqueness of each piece.
All product descriptions, imagery, dimensions, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the work.
Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Brooke Heath reserves the right to update pricing at any time without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and duties are calculated at checkout where relevant.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Brooke Heath reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke Pieces
Many Brooke Heath pieces are made to order. Production timelines are approximate and may vary depending on sourcing and production requirements.
A limited number of bespoke commissions are accepted each year. Bespoke and custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has commenced.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via trusted postal or courier services. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
Brooke Heath is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, customs delays, or import duties incurred once an order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@brookeheath.com.au
Approved returns must be unworn and returned in original packaging.
Jewellery Care
Jewellery should be handled with care and stored appropriately when not in use. Pearls are delicate natural materials and should be kept away from perfumes, lotions, oils, water, and harsh chemicals.
General wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or tarnishing are not considered manufacturing faults.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including imagery, branding, designs, text, and logos, remains the property of Brooke Heath and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brooke Heath is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
